ERP ALLIANCE PROGRAM

Be ready when your customer asks about ERP.
Your Client. Your Relationship. Our ERP Expertise.

ACC ERP Alliance Program: For Microsoft-focused MSPs and Solution Providers

Bring ACC into Acumatica and Sage 100 conversations without building your own ERP practice. You continue supporting your customer’s IT. ACC provides the ERP expertise.

Your recommendation puts your reputation on the line.

When you introduce another provider, your customer trusts your judgment. ACC recognizes that responsibility.

The ACC ERP Alliance Program gives your team an ERP resource for software selection, implementation, consulting, integration, development, training and support within Acumatica and Sage 100. Our agreement defines our role, how we work with you and how qualifying referrals are rewarded.

Resources
Add ERP expertise. Keep your IT role.
A clear division of responsibility.

You handle the Microsoft, cloud, cybersecurity, networking and managed IT services your company provides. ACC handles the agreed ERP work. Under the active Alliance agreement, ACC does not market, solicit, quote, sell or provide the protected non-ERP IT/MSP services to your referred customer.

Involvement that fits your relationship.

Make the introduction and let ACC handle ERP discussions, collaborate on the opportunity, or stay closely involved. You choose your involvement level; ACC may communicate directly with the customer about ERP.

Communication that respects your reputation.

ACC provides appropriate opportunity and project updates, including material delays or concerns that could affect the customer relationship, subject to customer authorization and confidentiality.

A practical opportunity to earn.

Qualifying referrals can earn a $250 qualification payment plus uncapped 5% compensation on eligible ACC services. The details appear below.

One ERP resource. Not another MSP.

ACC’s role is Acumatica and Sage 100. We do not use the Alliance relationship to introduce a competing MSP to your referred customer. When IT coordination is needed, we work back through the incumbent provider where appropriate and permitted by the customer.

How the Alliance works

Start the relationship. Review and sign the Alliance Partner Agreement. There are no referral quotas, no exclusivity requirement and no need to become an ERP reseller.
Register and introduce. Send the prospect’s business details and ERP need to ACC’s program contact, with permission to make the introduction. ACC checks eligibility. An acknowledged eligible registration provides 60 days to facilitate a genuine introduction; ACC’s accepted introduction starts 24 months of protection, with documented extensions for active opportunities.
Let ACC handle ERP. Choose your involvement level. ACC leads ERP discovery, solution evaluation and the services sales process while coordinating with you.
Receive qualifying compensation. New Acumatica and new Sage 100 prospects qualify for the $250 payment after a completed discovery meeting and a separate completed product demonstration. Existing Sage 100 customers new to ACC require a validated services/project need and a processed Reseller of Record change to ACC.

Support your customer. Add a services-based revenue opportunity.

Earn the $250 qualification payment in addition to an uncapped 5% of eligible ACC professional-services revenue actually collected for services contracted during the customer’s first 12 months after its initial ACC ERP software or services agreement. Additional qualifying projects signed in that window are included; eligible collections can occur later.

The 5% applies to qualifying ACC services, not software, hosting or other excluded charges. ACC pays as it collects; the $250 does not depend on closing a sale. Full eligibility, exclusions, timing and support-contract rules are in the Alliance Partner Agreement.

Which customer situations fit?

A customer evaluating Acumatica or Sage 100 as a new ERP solution may qualify. An existing Sage 100 customer with a services project may qualify when it is new to ACC and the required Reseller of Record change is processed.

Existing ACC customers, documented active ACC opportunities and already-protected referrals are excluded. ACC does not accept referrals to take over existing Acumatica customers represented by another Acumatica partner.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment to send leads.

You do not need a project ready today. Let’s discuss where an Acumatica and Sage 100 resource could fit your customer relationships.

This requests a partner conversation; it does not enroll your company or register a protected referral. [Privacy notice]

Program benefits are subject to the signed ACC ERP Alliance Partner Agreement. This is an ACC program, not a Microsoft-sponsored program.
