CRM software generally helps you manage these customer relationships in an organized way.  It also provides a centralized place to track prospect and customer interactions that is so important to running a business. 

In Sage 100 you can use Memos to attach documents for customers, vendors, orders, reciepts, items and a number of other areas. You can attach imported scanned documents or any file that could be useful such as an excel file or image. This is a great way to keep track of complicated orders or disputed transactions right in your ERP system.

Social customer relationship management (CRM) is essentially traditional CRM but evolved to be more social (go figure).  It utilizes back-end systems and processes for managing a company’s relationships with their consumers.  Social CRM is a key component of developing a social or collaborative business, both internally and externally.  

A common error message in Sage 100 when trying to print checks is “Bank Code in use by another task”, this can be easy corrected by running the GLWSKA program. This error is usually caused if there is an interruption with the connection during check printing.
