    Sage 100 2024.0 offers over 20 new updates, designed to extend audit trails, elevate data protection, streamline workflows, and improve automation. Several enhancements resulted from direct customer and business partner feedback. Keep the ideas coming, we are listening.

    Release Highlights –

    Production Management – Experience more accurate cost calculations in Production Management, providing greater flexibility and control over cost analysis and management with Cost Roll-up Register.
    Inventory Management – Easily manage virtual storage spaces, eliminate obsolete warehouses, and modify existing ones to adapt to changing business needs with Delete Warehouse and Change Warehouse Utilities.
    Audit Tracking – Track and print detailed audit trails for enhanced security compliance, providing comprehensive monitoring of changes to critical data with Customer, Vendor, Item, and Employee Audit Trail. View the demo.

  • What's New in 2022.2
    Sage is pleased to announce the availability of Sage 100 Release 2022.2, 2021.5, 2020.6 and Sage 100 Payroll 2.22.3 as of Thursday, September 15, 2022.

    Key Highlights of What’s New and Improved Sage 100

    Sage 100 2022.2

      • This version contains program fixes.

    Sage 100 Payroll 2.22.3

      • Reset deduction goal at year-end for all deduction types
      • Add year-to-date Earnings Hours to the crystal check printing work-file
      • New deduction calculation method for garnishments

    Sage 100 2021.5

      • This version contains program fixes.

    Sage 100 2020.6

      • Modern Email Authentication for SMTP Mail Server: On the email tab in Company Maintenance, you can now select between two email authentication methods to use when connecting to the SMTP server:
        • Basic Email Authentication: This option works the same as earlier versions of Sage.
        • Modern Email Authentication or Open Authorization (OAuth): This new option is an open standard authorization protocol used to grant access using access tokens instead of sharing a username and password.

    Important Note: It will be necessary to obtain your OAuth client credentials from your authenticating application, such as those offered by Microsoft® and Google®.     The release of Sage 100 (formerly Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200) continues to provide the most feature-rich business management suite by Sage for mid-sized and smaller distributors and manufacturers looking to streamline operations in a cost-effective, accessible and secure way. Sage 100 2016 includes over 20 enhancements to help stay in compliance, simplified data entry, and user preferences. Also now available Sage 100c, a premium version of Sage 100 which provides a cleaner user interface.

    Highlights Include:

    • Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance: A collection of new settings, fields, and reports added in Sage 100 2016 make it easier to manage new requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
    • Data Entry and Preference Settings: This collection of minor enhancements just might have a major impact on the productivity of your everyday tasks.
    • Accounts Payable Enhancements: The Accounts Payable Aged Invoice Report window now includes an Electronic Payment Vendors field so you can specify whether vendors with the Electronic Payment check box selected in Vendor Maintenance.
    • Enhanced Payroll Services Integration: If you’re looking to outsource payroll processing or you want a better experience than you’re getting from a current payroll provider, you’ll be happy to learn that Sage 100 2016 features enhanced integration with Sage Payroll Services.

The main feature and functionality enhancements in Sage 100 ERP are in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Bill of Materials, Inventory Management, General Ledger, Paperless Office, Payroll, Purchase Order, Return Merchandise Authorization, Sage CRM, Sage Intelligence Reporting, Sales Order and Credit Card Processing through Sage Exchange.

    Highlights Include:

    • Improve Productivity: A good number of the enhancements in the 2015 release are simply going to make the job of running the business easier. They are focused on streamlining workflows, improving usability, providing more control and security, as well as increased freedom in making the software match customers’ business processes rather than requiring them to adjust to fit to the software.
