HOW TO RESOLVE SAGE 100 CRYSTAL REPORTS ERROR 200

Sage 100 2018 breaks reports for all previous versions of Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200).

When running Sage 100 2018 concurrently with a previous version, reports will return the following error:

Error: 200

Program: SY_ReportCommon.pvc

Line: 627

How to Resolve the Error

Luckily, this is a known issue and Sage has provided a simple solution.

• From the ..\MAS90\Home directory for the Sage 100 2018 copy pvxwin32.exe.config to the ..\MAS90\Home directory of the previous version of Sage 100.
• Copy the same file to the ..\MAS90\Home directory for ALL the workstations.

This should resolve the “Error 200 SY_ReportCommon.pvc” error and get your Crystal Reports back to working normally.
