April is Reuse, Recycle and Reduce month so why not apply a little Spring Cleaning to your Catalogs and Specification Sets?

With FRx you can reuse your building blocks in multiple catalogs. 

Do you create new building blocks for each report you want to make?  FRx building blocks can be used in more than one catalog and with a little editing you can actually create new reports with existing building blocks.  The is a great time saver and speeds up design time.

Recycle old reports with tools and techniques.

You can include Ratio Analysis to an existing Balance Sheet .add a column to a Trial balance that list GL Account codes, and use an IF_THEN_ELSE formula to evaluate specific data..   And when you take a Microsoft E1 or E2 FRx essentials course you will be able to fix reports that are not working properly.

Reduce the number of catalogs in your spec set. 

Have too many Catalogs in your monthly Specification Set?  Why not create a new spec set that only contains the reports that you generate the most often.  You may also choose to move cumbersome reports to a specific spec set to reduce clutter.
