Microsoft FRx Report Design Essentials II - Advanced Report Design -  is a one-day express class designed to help you gain complete control of your financial reporting process.  You learn how to create a comprehensive financial and management reporting package that includes non-financial information from Excel, and how to create more complex reports such as statements of cash flow and those reports that require complex calculations.

Course objectives:

• Learn how to import non-GL information from external worksheets Learn how to import data from spreadsheets
• Discover more efficient ways to perform consolidations and allocations
• Create a variety of cash flow statements
• Learn advanced formatting concepts
• Use Row Linking to speed up processing time and reduce maintenance requirements
• Create advanced income statement reports using multiple segments in the row format
• Create complex calculations such as specific column placement and conditional statements
• Learn to rotate (expenses in columns)
• Relational Reporting (percentage of sales)
  

After completeing this course you will be able to:

• Link To Data in Excel Spreadsheets and use that data in FRx reports
• Create Consolidation Reports
• Create soft and hard Allocation Reports
• Link to different Row Formats

This class is required for:
ACP Program participants (FRx – Report Design E1)

Prerequisites: 

Students should have taken Report Design Essentials I  or have equivalent experience, FRx E1 is strongly encouraged.  Refunds cannot be given to students who attend training classes that exceed their FRx skill sets, so please plan accordingly.

No advance preparation required for this course.

CPE Credit:

Upto 8 CPE credits can be awarded for Classroom Training format, and sorry but  "NO CPE" for WebClass- Live! format.
