Microsoft FRx Report Design Essentials I and Essentials II, as well as Microsoft FRx Forecaster Essentials I and Essentials II are offered by ACC Accounting Solutions online. This class is nearly identical to the live training classes offered at our facilities in sixteen cities across the United States, though the classes’ dates are a lot more flexible and you’re able to take the class in the comfort of your own home or office.

Classes usually run from 9am to 5pm CST. We find this allows us to hold classes for students all across the US. Occasionally if class registration is entirely comprised of attendees from the Eastern Time Zone, then class is held from 9am to 5pm EST. We take two 15 minute breaks during class as well as an hour lunch.

Prior to class you will receive an email with instructions on how to join the class. The instructor will be sharing his PC using GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting requires a small installation; as such it is very important that you have the ability to install programs on your PC. Additionally for the hands on portion of the class, where you will be able to follow exercises along with the structure as well as produce your own practice reports, we use our own Citrix Presentation Server. You will receive instructions on how to access ACC Accounting Solutions Citrix Presentation Server in the same email as the GoToMeeting. Citrix Presentation Server also requires an installation of the ICA web plug-in. It will prompt you to download this after signing in, if it is not already on your computer.

 Both GoToMeeting and Citrix will take up a full screen. ACC has found the best setup for training is for you the attendee to either have two monitors or two computers, where each window can be placed on a separate screen. This will give you the ability to watch the instructor at the same time you work hands on with your own reports.

Since both GoToMeeting and the ACC Citrix Presentation Server are streaming over the internet it is vital that you have high speed internet. Home DSL is sufficient for class. 

You will be sent your Training Manual prior to class via UPS. It is ACC’s policy that the Training Manual is sent to your office.

The phone portion of class is conducted over a Conference Bridge. ACC Accounting Solutions promotes class participation and as such the conference call is open to all attendees to speak. During class please be courteous to other participants and mute your phones. Additionally if your phone line plays music when you place a call on hold, please do not place the Conference call on hold. Instructions for the conference call will be sent prior to class. You will be on the phone for the entire day, please be prepared for this accordingly. 

Our CPE application for LIVE WEB training credits has been approved and we are now offering NASBA CPE credits for all course we teach in either Live Web or Traditional Classroom.
