Class Times

Class times are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM each day (local time zone) for all classroom style classes, unless otherwise noted. Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.  Sometimes class may run a little later if you have to travel or have additional needs please share with the instructor on the first day of class so the instructor can accommodate you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the first day of class will receive a 100% tuition refund.

Cancellations made between 30 - 15 days prior to the start of the first day of class will receive a 100% tuition refund less $100 administration fee.

Cancellations made 14 - 8 days or fewer prior to the start of the first day of class will result in a 50% tuition refund.

All cancellations made 7 days or fewer prior to the start of the first day of class will forfeiture complete tuition.

To cancel a class please contact satkins@4acc.com . Do not contact the training site, as they do not have a record of your registration.

In the event of insufficient registration, ACC Accounting Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training class. Registrants will be notified accordingly. The booking of discounted airline flights subject to excess penalties in the event of cancellation is not recommended. We typically make the decision to cancel a class 14 days prior to the class date. ACC Accounting Solutions is not liable for airfare, hotel reservations or any cancellation penalties, due to the cancellation of a training class.

Rescheduling Policy

If you reschedule a class 15 days in advance of the original class date, no additional charges will apply. If you need to reschedule a class 14 days or fewer from the start of the first class date, charges in the amount of $250 will be due.

Substitution Policy

Substitution of class attendees can be made at any time at no additional charge. Please notify ACC Accounting Solutions in advance of the class date.
