XBRL Deadline Approaches

Currently only 1,440 companies are reporting to the SEC using XBRL. The SEC estimates approximately 15,000 companies are traded publically; leaving over 90% of publically traded companies not reporting in XBRL. June 2011 sets a new deadline where these companies must be reporting to the SEC in XBRL format.

While the Microsoft FRx Report Design Essentials II training class offers past E1 students and long time users a new and unique perspective on the FRx software, truly bringing their reports "outside the box".

The E2 Express! (EE2) class will cover the most requested topics of the normal two day Essentials II class in one day. Topics will include; Worksheet Linking, Row Format Linking, Working with Full Account Codes, Cash Flows, Allocations and Consolidations.
